Amsler Grid Instructions: Look at the center dot of the grid covering one eye at a time. Typically we suggest you look at it briefly every day. You only need to look at the grid long enough to notice if there have been any changes to its appearance since the last time you looked at it...maybe just a few seconds is all you need. You are looking for distortion or missing lines or boxes in the grid. If you see new changes to the way the grid looks at any time, please call the office and tell us so that we may schedule an appointment for you.
